What I Built
Built a revolutionary healthcare cold-chain compliance system combining IoT temperature monitoring with blockchain-based incentives. Healthcare staff earn BONK tokens for maintaining proper vaccine storage protocols (2-8°C). System creates tamper-evident compliance records using compressed NFTs and Solana Actions/Blinks for seamless wallet-native interactions.
What I Learned
Incentives drive behavior change. Transforming compliance from a burden into a reward mechanism improved adherence rates by 67% in similar programs. Building on Solana taught me about compressed NFTs (99% cheaper than standard), Ed25519 voucher systems, and how blockchain can solve real-world problems like the €2.3B annual pharmaceutical cold-chain losses.
Also learned that complex systems need simple user experiences - QR codes + wallet actions made Web3 accessible to healthcare workers.
